Simple, Honest Pricing

There is a one-off setup fee of $599 that applies to all plans. This covers the design and build of your website. After that you pay a simple monthly fee. The Landing Page plan is $99 per month, the 5 Page Website is $199 per month, and the Multi-Service Site is $299 per month. All prices exclude GST. There is a minimum term of 3 months on all plans, after which your plan continues month to month.

The setup fee covers the complete design and build of your website. This includes custom design, page layout and structure, content placement, mobile optimisation and all the technical setup needed to get your site ready to launch. It is a one-off fee paid once and does not recur.

No. The setup fee and your monthly plan are the only costs unless you request work outside your plan. Your monthly fee covers hosting, SSL security and your included content updates each month. Any additional work is quoted and agreed before we start.

There is a minimum term of 3 months on all plans. After your initial 3 months your plan continues on a month to month basis. You stay because the service works for your business, not because you are contractually obligated.

You have 14 days from when you receive your site preview to review and approve it at no charge. The monthly billing starts on day 15 whether your site is live or not. The monthly fee covers your hosting, security and ongoing management, all of which are active from the moment your site is built and ready. We recommend reviewing your preview promptly so you get the most from your free review period.

That is completely fine but billing will start on day 15 from when you received your preview. Your site is built, hosted and ready to go from that point. The sooner you approve it the sooner you are live and the sooner you get the full value of your plan.

No problem at all. In nearly every case we help clients get started and write the copy for them. In fact most clients prefer our suggested copy over what they had originally written themselves. Just tell us about your business, what you do and who your customers are, and we will take care of the rest.

A monthly content update covers text changes, swapping or adding images, updating contact details and adding or changing a promotion. It does not cover new pages, layout or structural changes, new functionality or redesigning existing sections. Need more? Additional updates are available at our standard rate.

You can add the Extra Update Pack for $79 per month which adds 2 additional content updates per month. One-off work beyond your plan is available at our standard rate of $180 per hour, quoted and agreed before we start.

Yes. If you need more pages or more monthly updates you can upgrade your plan at any time. If a simpler plan suits you better you can downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Get in touch and we will sort it out for you.

The Priority Build, SEO Setup and SEO + GEO Setup add-ons are all available to add at checkout when you select your plan. You will see them as optional additions on the payment page. You can add one, two or all three depending on what your business needs. All bolt-ons are one-off fees paid at the same time as your setup fee.

Yes. All plans include hosting, SSL security certificate and website security. We manage everything in the background. You never need to deal with a hosting provider, manage renewals or worry about security patches.

We monitor all websites on our platform. If something goes wrong we aim to identify and resolve it quickly. All sites include a 99.9% uptime hosting guarantee, SSL security and regular backups. If you notice an issue contact us via email and we will make it a priority.

All communication and support is handled via email. There is no phone support. We work entirely in writing so every request, update and approval is clearly documented and nothing gets lost. You can expect a response within one business day.

Yes. Additional pages can be added to any plan for $99 each (one-off fee). You can select extra pages at checkout when you choose your plan. If you need more pages after your site is live, just get in touch and we will add them for you.
