Your first payment is processed at checkout. Subsequent monthly payments are charged on the same date each month via the payment method you provide through Stripe.

4. 14-Day Review Period

All new clients receive a 14-day review period from the date their completed website is delivered for approval. During this period:

  • You may request changes and refinements within your included revision rounds
  • If you are not satisfied and wish to cancel, contact us before the 14 days expire
  • If you cancel during the review period, no further monthly fees will be charged
  • The setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
  • If you do not cancel, your monthly billing continues automatically

5. Minimum Term and Cancellation

Your plan has a minimum term of 3 months from the date of your first payment. After the minimum term, your plan continues on a month-to-month basis.

To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request using our official cancellation form at pause.websiterentals.com.au. On cancellation:

  • No further charges will apply after the final paid period
  • We do not provide copies, exports, or transfers of your website upon cancellation
  • It is your responsibility to copy or save any content, text, or images from your website before your cancellation date
  • Once the site is taken offline, content cannot be recovered

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment or material breach of this agreement.

6. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your website on time, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information, logo, images, and content when requested
  • Respond to our team within 5 business days of any request
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or materials you supply to us
  • Review and approve your website within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify us promptly if your contact details change

Delays caused by late or incomplete supply of materials are not our responsibility and may affect your delivery timeline.

7. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your completed website for review within 5 business days of receiving all required content and assets from you. This timeline is subject to the timely supply of your materials and your availability to provide feedback.

8. Revisions and Content Updates

Your plan includes a set number of revision rounds during the build and a set number of monthly content updates ongoing. These are outlined in your plan details at websiterentals.com.au/pricing.

Revision rounds apply to the initial build only. We aim to complete revision requests within 3 business days of receipt. Monthly content updates cover text changes, image swaps, contact detail updates, and minor promotional changes. They do not cover new pages, structural or layout changes, new functionality, or redesigns of existing sections.

Additional work outside your inclusions can be quoted on request. All revision and update requests must be submitted in writing.

9. Ownership

Your content: You retain full ownership of all text, images, logos, and business information you supply to us.

Our work: The website design, templates, platform, and technical infrastructure remain the property of Website Rentals. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Your domain: If you transfer your domain to us for management, you retain ownership of that domain at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Our service is provided in good faith but we do not guarantee specific business results, enquiries, or conversions from your website
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind

Nothing in this agreement excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
